Imagine being in a hybrid world, suspended between reality as we see and what we imagined as children, when everything had a life to itself, and even the toys they had a soul. Here more than actual toys we speak of a new art form where the protagonists are gay twisted wire mesh, which invade and gently cover everything they encounter on their path. The new trend in relation to graffiti and comes from America. A sort of fashion applied art, which leaves us stunned and somewhat dreamy in front of his creations in the middle between the old style cartoons and doll-haired wool so dear to childhood past. And if you think that it all started by accident. The idea is in fact coming from Texas, the owner of a clothing store, Magda Sayeg, who thought of using semi-finished sweaters adorn the handles of the doors. The idea was so much loved and who became a real art, so as to fill the streets first slowly and then in museums around the world! The same Magda in Mexico City shows us one of his finest works, or an old disused bus comperto entirely knitted crochet! Yarn Bombing in the wake of this, other artists, such as Agata Olek, whose most famous work we find in New York, with the famous bull, symbol of the stock market rises covered with a sweater and dedicated to the poor, and the Italian Marchetti Giusy who has exhibited his Fiat 500 entitled my Mind” and covered Miniartexill to crochet. So do not be surprised if one day, waking up, you will find yourself in front of a colorful world. It is not a dream is the reality.
